Colbert in Chelsea, part of The Wolseley Hospitality Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will train and supervise Demi and Commis Chefs while managing a designated station to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. You will cook seasonal classic European cuisine with fresh ingredients, following recipes, specifications and standards.
