The role of a Maitre d’:

  • Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen – be proud to coordinate all departments!
  • Contribute to building a regular customer base, warmly engaging with guests from door to table and beyond - you are our greatest asset!
