The role of a Floor Manager:

  • Support senior management with leading the front of house team, undertaking specific responsibilities for a smooth running of the shift.
  • Monitor and uphold the highest standards of presentation and service, also handling guests’ complaints and queries.
  • Train, develop and supervise team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
