Applications Lead Bristol Contract £23.17 per hour PAYE or £30.25 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35 Our client is looking for an experienced Applications Lead. 12 month contract – please submit candidates that are happy to take the role at the offered rate or within the Council\’s range. Specific Qualifications & Level: • Degree in a relevant subject or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills, and proven experience of strategic development in the related service area • ITIL v4 Qualification • Agile Foundation certificate Specific Knowledge & Experience: Knowledge & Expertise • Experience of supporting and developing the Liquidlogic application. • Expert in an area of Social care- Adults, Childrens or Education. • Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand. business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. • An In depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices. • Strong expertise in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of application systems. • Experience of managing escalations to external suppliers, monitoring responses; taking action and seeing issues through to resolution. • Proficiency of planning and managing system upgrades.
