Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Transformation).

- Liverpool City Council is embarking on an exciting transformation programme of unprecedented breadth and scale. As a result, we’re expanding our Transformation Team and are looking for a Business Analyst to support on our Customer Experience programme
- Hybrid worker (3 days in the office)
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the business to review complex service processes and identify improvements
- You will lead on embedding a business improvement way of working at all levels and demonstrate the value of working in this way
- You will ensure that our business analysis practices are reviewed regularly to make sure they’re still fit for purpose and in line with industry best practice
- You will work on business cases to ensure that our projects and programmes are delivering best practice
- You will support our Assistant Business Analysts to help them successfully achieve their work objectives through sharing your knowledge and expertise.
What you’ll need:
We’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about delivering change that benefits the people who live and work in Liverpool. Alongside the foundation of a business analysis qualification or equivalent experience, you’ll be skilled at understanding and improving processes, and will be able to facilitate workshops to support with this. You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to demonstrate attention to detail. You’ll be able to build good inter-personal skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams.
