Our client is looking for an experienced Contract and Procurement Officer and also a Contract and Procurement Manager.

In terms of skills and expertise, we need candidates with strong knowledge of public sector procurement and contract management. We are particularly keen to find candidates with experience procuring and managing construction and consultancy contracts linked to housing maintenance and related service delivery.
The roles require confidence drafting clear governance reports and options appraisals and navigating internal gateway processes, with a good understanding of thresholds, procurement routes and the practical application of procurement regulations and council standing orders.
