Manage all facilities services requests for the office and operational areas, including car park. Ensure Facilities Management service requests are properly logged in the CAFM system and responded to, resolved, and completed within SLA targets. Assist Facilities Officer with ordering of catering and stationery supplies and assist with reporting faults for any office machinery. Responsible for receipt of daily incoming and outgoing post. Job Activities: To undertake a range of specific tasks as directed by the Facilities Officer and/or Facilities Manager.
