Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with technical ICT system configuration skills, especially within the MRI Housing and Total Mobile environments. In-depth systems implementation and process analysis experience is essential, particularly with MRI Housing and Total Mobile.
This role sits within the Digital team and requires a technical lead with significant experience of working with IT business systems. Candidates with experience of working with local government Housing departments are preferable.
The candidate must demonstrate an excellent ability to receive business requirements from a dedicated Project Manager / Business Analyst and work with a team to implement solutions with existing systems. These systems include Total Mobile (Connect, Mobilise), Civica (Keystone) and MRI (Orchard Enterprise & Assets).
A significant amount of digital transformation has already taken place within the Housing department. This role will strengthen an already technically capable team equipped with specialist housing systems knowledge. The candidate will lead and offer specialist know-how in the systems outlined and provide expertise during the implementation of new modules and system processes.
The transfer of specialist knowledge to teammates will be strongly encouraged. The candidate will be expected to work closely with the team to demonstrate knowledge of optimum implementation strategies and to help deliver change that is central to the needs of the system users.
The candidate will be working with on-premise and SaaS platforms with access to the front-end and back-end, where applicable. They will also be expected to liaise with the software vendors and participate in project work to help ensure implementations stay on track.
A strong understanding of systems migrations as well as implementing efficient system integrations would also be preferable. Experience of working with Microsoft SQL Server and Progress OpenEdge databases would also be welcome.
