Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor. Knowledge of council tax and benefits would be an advantage.
Working Pattern: 32.30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm (30 minutes lunch).
You will have recent experience of providing information and advice to the public in a busy customer service environment, preferably telephone based, and be capable of handling a range of situations with tact, diplomacy, and empathy.
You will have excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to converse with all types of people, a polite and courteous attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer care. You will also be able to work well under pressure with a minimum of supervision while ensuring consistency and accuracy, and be proficient in the use of software systems, with good keyboard skills.
