Our client is looking for an experienced HFP – Training Administrator.
Placement Purpose and Requirements
Duties will include:
- Provide customer service support during training sessions, including responding to queries, greeting trainers, and communicating with attendees and providers.
- Coordinate internal training logistics such as room bookings and liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with training communications by planning upcoming sessions and identifying promotional opportunities.
- Facilitate training delivery by supporting setup, on-table facilitation, and assisting trainers during sessions.
- Lead or support pilot runs of new training programmes, offering feedback and helping refine content.
- Contribute to quality assurance by gathering and interpreting feedback, implementing improvements, and supporting data analysis.
We are looking for someone who will commit to the full length of the placement with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, take instructions, and work in a diverse cultural environment.

Support During Placement:
You will receive 1-1 guidance, attend an induction day, and receive training in safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety, and IT packages. You will also receive training for the following:

- Cyber Security
- GDPR & Data Protection
- Fire Awareness
- Health and Safety
- IT Packages related to your placement
