The predicted salary is between 34000 - 40000 € per year.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Support Officer.

At least 2 days in the office per week.

Must have exceptional administration and ICT skills, particularly in reporting. Must also be a confident communicator in order to build and maintain strong relationships with all providers, with attention to detail.

  • Provision of administration support to the SEND team to ensure smooth processing of all EHCP's (educational health and care plans) for children and young people.
  • Ensure efficient issuing of all SEND needs assessment finalised plans and statutory assessment paperwork, following annual reviews within statutory timelines.
  • Timely monitoring and updating of action tracker sheets and inbox enquiries and tasks.
  • Issuing of all amended plans following reviews and processing requests for ECH Needs Assessments.
  • To assist the SEND Casework Officers and SEND Team Manager with all aspects of the SEN annual reviews process.

Must have the following skills / experience:

  • Good understanding of Education and Local Authority processes, policies and procedures, ideally having previously worked in a Business Support role in a similar environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including minute taking, report writing, preparing plans.
  • Excellent, advanced knowledge of using Excel as a data management tool and considerable experience of working with spreadsheets to manipulate and extract data to present in summary and on an individual basis for case tracking and overall management reporting purposes.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, team worker and able to use own initiative for managing workloads.

Hybrid working with mainly remote working, but must be able to come to the main office at Cunard Building, L3 4AH when required for meetings and planning with the wider team.
