Our client is looking for an experienced Housing Finance Officer. This is one of many roles we are recruiting for.
Helping the team with surplus workload:
- Managing the Housing Finance Inbox
- Ensure a consistent, customer focused service is delivered to all the councils’ tenants and leaseholders by responding to contact requests and enquiries with accurate advice, support, guidance and assistance in a timely manner to help them make informed choices about issues or concerns they raise.
- Logging information on the housing management system/ provide support to the tenancy team
- Taking payments/Telephone calls/emails
- Booking in post
- Assisting the team with other admin duties where necessary
