Our client is looking for an experienced SEND Co-Ordinator.

Location: West Suffolk House, Riverside/Virtual

Contract: 3 months (rolling), Hybrid, collect equipment in person. Attend team meetings in person if possible, ideally 1 day a week in office, if possible, if not working virtually.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold a caseload - completing draft amendments and finals following meetings and completing associated casework.
  • Oversee phase transfer work.
  • Oversee associated work on annual review paperwork.
  • Contact with families and settings.
  • Requests to panels for placements/funding as per provision in plan.
