Housing and Prevention Officer Newport Contract £17.17 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Housing and Prevention Officer. It will be imperative that the person has operated at a Team Leader Level or above and has a track record of working within the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, understands casework. Key responsibilities: Reviewing homelessness cases as a senior officer. Responding to statutory reviews of decisions regarding homelessness, including suitability of accommodation. Responding to complaints. Responding to enquiries from Councillors, AMs, MPs. PLEASE ONLY apply if you have the necessary skills, experience and expertise.
