Payments Assistant West Bridgford Contract Β£12.85 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Payments Assistant. The post is for 37hrs pw. It is a new post, so currently it will be a rolling 3-6 month contract, with the potential to be longer.

Working hours will be from 8:00-9:00am and finishing 4:00/5:00pm, when fully trained. Whilst training, the start time will be 08:30-09:00am.

Successful candidates will be expected to work from County Hall (West Bridgford – Nottingham) for 3-6 months whilst training. Once trained, the worker will have the option to work from home 2/3 days, so someone who is self-motivated is essential. Due to the nature of the job, they will be required to be in the office 1/2 days a week, even when trained.

There is plenty of on-site parking along with a bus stop directly outside the site with connections to Barton & NCT buses.

The candidate will need to be familiar with MS Office and will be using 3 different systems throughout the day, so the ability to pick up systems and multi-task would be desired. High organisation skills and the ability to plan/prioritise workloads would be essential.

The team is quite small (six), so communication is vital.
