Location: Brentwood
Contract: 22.2 hours per week
£27.24 per hour PAYE or £35.53 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35
Schedule: 3 days per week, 8.30am–5.00pm; Hybrid working.
About the Role
We require an interim resource to manage and deliver digital services across Brentwood and Rochford Councils. You will manage teams, digital products and services, build relationships across the businesses and continuously improve live services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the live operation of digital services.
- Act as escalation point, overseeing incident, problem, and service requests.
- Work with Services to reduce failure demand.
- Use resident and Officer feedback to improve digital experiences.
- Ensure service meets information governance, data protection and security requirements.
- Use project management skills to deliver improvement projects.
- Provide supplier and financial management.
- Apply skills around the Microsoft stack and development experience.
Qualifications
Experience managing teams and digital products and services. Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement of digital services.
