Overview
Team Assistant
Location: Croydon
Contract: £14.83 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Team Assistant. We have a number of opportunities we are recruiting for.
Responsibilities:
- Placing orders directly with suppliers
- Liaise with internal teams relating to job requirements and delivery timescales
- Handle and resolve any order or price discrepancies
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain repair information
- Maintain and update repair records
- Tracking and amending orders
- Review overdue orders, notifying of any significant delays from suppliers
- Any associated purchasing administrative tasks as required
- Provide support on cost saving initiatives when applicable
