Our client is looking for an experienced Team Assistant.
- Placing orders directly with suppliers.
- Liaise with internal teams relating to job requirements and delivery timescales.
- Handle and resolve any order or price discrepancies.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain repair information.
- Maintain and update repair records.
- Tracking and amending orders.
- Review overdue orders, notifying of any significant delays from suppliers.
- Any associated purchasing administrative tasks as required.
- Provide support on cost saving initiatives when applicable.
