Placement and Brokerage Officer Birkenhead, Merseyside Contract £12.81 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Placement and Brokerage Officer 2 days remote, 3 days in the office As a Placement & Brokerage Officer, you¿ll play a vital part in our Care Arrangement Team, coordinating timely and effective care packages for adults with assessed needs. You will be instrumental in supporting safe hospital discharges, brokering care that enables people to return home with the right support, and working closely with care providers to match individuals to services that meet their needs.
