Our client is looking for an experienced Passenger Fleet Supervisor. This role is for a split shift full time supervisor. The Passenger Fleet Supervisor (often within the Home to School Transport or Adult Social Care team) at Barnet Council is a non-qualified role managing fleet operations and resources.
Key functions and requirements of this role include:
- Resource Management: Coordinating fleet events, planned servicing, and driver schedules.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Working Time Directives, Private Hire regulations, and Health & Safety procedures.
- HR & Admin: Supporting administrative functions, staff supervision, and council procedures.
