The management accountants will support the Compliance and Reporting Manager with a variety of tasks required from the central finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Tasks will be allocated within the central finance team by the Financial Controller and the Compliance and Reporting Manager.
- The exact tasks undertaken by the management accountant will vary over time depending on resourcing and business need but will include items such as:
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to underlying records.
- Recharging costs invoiced centrally across the business
- Group reporting (MR, Order Book etc)
- External reporting (ONS, Cabinet Office, DPO)
- Property & Intercompany sales invoicing
- Supporting the completion of external audit
- Preparation of the VAT return and CIS
- Loan interest calculation and billing
- CRHL month end submission
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Ensure journal postings are accurate and on time
- Sales and purchase ledger processing as required
- Assisting the Financial Controller and Compliance and Reporting Manager with other tasks as required.
