Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide administrative support which includes assisting with the day‑to‑day office duties, ensuring equipment is available and welcoming visitors. The role will support the Head of Property.

Location & Hours
This role will be based at our London Headquarters close to Westminster, Victoria or St James Park Tube Stations. It is a part‑time role, 3 days a week, all days based in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day‑to‑day office duties such as ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling correspondence and acting as the liaison between building management/security and staff.
  • Co‑ordinating with contractors for scheduled maintenance and updating maintenance/compliance trackers.
  • Retrieving data from finance systems and answering general enquiries, and raising requisitions upon request.
  • Electronic filing of documents.
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Property.
