Job Details: As a train driver, you will have the opportunity to work on various locomotives: from our class 37 loco’s to our class 43 powercars. You will be a key player to run our IM services. You will be empowered to ensure a safe and reliable service operation of IM trains as a role model Train Driver offering a best in class service.

Person Specification: You Will Have:

• Train Driver experience
• Ensure safety of the line and all employees and public that may be affected by the operation of trains.
• A clean safety record
• A current PTS (third rail) appropriate to CTRL
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility with working shift patterns.
• Ability to identify competency standards required as a result of legislation, operational standards and safety procedures and maintain same by audit and surveillance.

Key Responsibilities: In your role, you will work with rostering and training teams, driver standards managers, delivery managers, and staff at all levels so that freight services could run safely, and on time.
