Global Marketing Assistant – Winsor & Newton

Purpose of the Role:

Working for the Winsor & Newton Global Brand, you will gain hands-on experience in brand management, content creation and product development within a globally recognized art materials company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, from new product development to marketing campaigns and influencer outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the overall New Product Development process and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Organize and manage product samples and conduct competitor analysis.
• Develop product toolkits for marketing and sales teams.
• Support ongoing content production, attend photoshoots and curate artist lists for influencer outreach.
• Manage influencer box distribution and organize product distribution for brand partnerships.
• Research new artists for collaborations and update product information on the website.
• Assist the Direct-to-Consumer team with product optimisation.
• Organize the brand’s content bank and support the maintenance of the archive portfolio.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Experience using Canva and basic video editing skills for social media content are desirable.
