Job Title: Contract Business Development Manager (KOL & Trading Volume Focus)

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships and trading volume growth initiatives across English-speaking markets.
This role focuses on building and managing relationships with influencers, traders, and affiliate partners to drive user acquisition, engagement, and trading activity within a fast-paced digital asset environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and affiliates
- Develop and execute strategies to increase trading volume and active users
- Build long-term partnerships with high-value traders, signal groups, and content creators
- Negotiate and manage KOL campaigns, CPA/CPS deals, and performance-based partnerships
- Track and analyze campaign performance (traffic, conversions, trading volume)
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize user funnels and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer networks
- Organize and support online/offline community events, AMAs, and campaigns
Requirements
- 2β5+ years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or KOL Management
- Strong network of crypto KOLs, trading communities, or fintech influencers
- Proven track record in driving user growth and/or trading volume
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, derivatives trading, and exchange ecosystems
- Experience managing performance-based partnerships (CPA, RevShare, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or Web3 projects
- Existing relationships with high-volume traders or signal groups
- Familiarity with tools like affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and analytics dashboards
