We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Business Intelligence Analyst with 2â3 years of experience. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in data analytics and market research, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. In this role, you will partner closely with crossâfunctional teams to become a key enabler of dataâdriven business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data support for strategic planning and business decisionâmaking.
- Conduct inâdepth industry and competitive research to inform product direction, user growth, and market strategies.
- Build, maintain, and optimize business dashboards, reports, and core metric monitoring systems to enable visualization and tracking of business objectives.
- Independently or collaboratively execute deepâdive analysis projects, including business forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to define data requirements and promote the effective application of data in business execution.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and drive crossâfunctional execution through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2â3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or market research, with excellent logical thinking and business interpretation skills.
- Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical tool (e.g., Python, R, or advanced Excel).
- Handsâon experience with at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Solid business acumen and outcomeâoriented mindset, with the ability to derive businessâvalue insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and drive projects forward.
