We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Business Intelligence Analyst with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in data analytics and market research, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to become a key enabler of data‑driven business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data support for strategic planning and business decision‑making.
  • Conduct in‑depth industry and competitive research to inform product direction, user growth, and market strategies.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize business dashboards, reports, and core metric monitoring systems to enable visualization and tracking of business objectives.
  • Independently or collaboratively execute deep‑dive analysis projects, including business forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to define data requirements and promote the effective application of data in business execution.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and drive cross‑functional execution through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or market research, with excellent logical thinking and business interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical tool (e.g., Python, R, or advanced Excel).
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Solid business acumen and outcome‑oriented mindset, with the ability to derive business‑value insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and drive projects forward.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or fast‑growing technology company.
  • Familiarity with user behavior data, growth metrics, and key financial KPIs.
  • Understanding of web or mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
