We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Business Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience, preferably with a background in market research and operational analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business strategies;
- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to guide product development and growth strategies;
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational teams;
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance and key initiatives;
- Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and assist in business planning;
- Engage in forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case creation;
- Provide ad hoc data insights and support for strategic projects.
Qualifications:
