As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our customer service operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and assistance, leading to increased customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our customer service strategy, continuously improving our processes, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment for the customer service team.

Responsibilities:
