The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

We are looking for certified Traffic Marshalls to manage vehicle and pedestrian movements on a busy project in Bishops Stortford. You will ensure the safe flow of traffic in and around live construction sites, protecting operatives and the public at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Controlling the movement of vehicles, plant and pedestrians in and around site
  • Managing access and egress points safely during deliveries and operations
  • Communicating clearly with plant operators, drivers and the site team
  • Maintaining vigilance and ensuring all site traffic complies with the traffic management plan
  • Reporting any near misses, incidents or hazards to the Foreman immediately
  • Keeping access routes clear and safe at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Traffic Marshall Certification (CSCS-affiliated)
  • CSCS card with relevant experience
  • Reliable, punctual and professional manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK

DESIRABLE:

  • First Aid at Work Certification
  • Previous experience as a traffic marshall on busy construction sites
