We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day management responsibility for groundwork and RC frame projects across Kent. You will oversee the site team, drive programme delivery and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day-to-day management of the site including foremen, engineers, plant and labour
- Ensuring all risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out
- Driving programme delivery – coordinating resources, plant and materials to meet targets
- Maintaining client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site
- Ensuring the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained at all times
- Managing sub-contractors and ensuring their performance meets programme requirements
- Producing and maintaining accurate site records and progress reports
- Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1–3 months
REQUIREMENTS:
- CITB 5-Day SMSTS
- First Aid at Work Certification
- Proven site management experience on groundwork and / or RC frame projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well with all stakeholders
- Right to work in the UK
DESIRABLE:
- CSCS Black Manager card
- Experience managing multiple concurrent sites
