We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Tarmac Supervisor to join our growing team. If you’re an experienced Lead Tarmac Supervisor looking for a role where you can take ownership and build a high-performing surfacing crew, this could be the perfect fit.
As our Lead Tarmac Supervisor you will oversee the daily delivery of tarmac surfacing works across a variety of projects. The Lead Tarmac Supervisor will ensure all site operations run smoothly, safely and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise all tarmac surfacing operations on site as the Lead Tarmac Supervisor
- Carry out high-quality hand lay and machine lay operations
- Build and manage your own team including:
- Paver Drivers
- Screwmen
- Roller Drivers
- Rake Hands
- Labourers
- SSSTS Roller Ticket & Paver Ticket
- Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor / Lead Tarmac Supervisor
- Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills
- Ability to lead, coach and develop a skilled surfacing team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and safety-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Competitive pay (DOE)
