As our Internal Construction Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment across Coinford's construction projects.
Working closely with site managers, you will identify workforce requirements, source skilled construction professionals and ensure projects are resourced efficiently while maintaining the highest compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment, onboarding and retention of skilled construction operatives.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified construction operatives, plant personnel and site-based professionals across multiple trades.
- Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through to placement and onboarding.

- Liaise with Site Managers to understand upcoming labour requirements and update the team and respond to shortfalls or surpluses promptly.
- Maintain an accurate labour tracker, ensuring real-time knowledge of resource availability.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all operatives are compliant with site safety regulations and possess relevant certifications (e. g. CSCS, CPCS, NPORS) before deployment.
- Assist with onboarding and right-to-work checks.
- Support health and safety initiatives and report non-compliance where necessary.
- Administration & Reporting
- Keep accurate records of recruitment activity, skill grading, training needs and allocations.
- Update recruitment systems and databases with candidate information and placement activity.
