We are looking for reliable General Labourers to support our groundwork teams on sites across Hailsham. The role will focus on maintaining safe walk routes, assisting with materials management, and supporting day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across all trades.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining clear and safe walk routes and access ways across site at all times
- Assisting with materials handling, distribution, and stock replenishment
- Supporting trades with general labouring duties as required
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and well organised
- Moving materials safely around site and ensuring correct storage locations are maintained
- Assisting with site logistics and deliveries where required
- Following all health & safety procedures and reporting hazards immediately
- Carrying out basic daily equipment checks where required
- Supporting site management in maintaining safe working environments
REQUIREMENTS
- CSCS Labourer card or GQA Labourer qualification
- Previous experience in general labouring on construction sites
- Understanding of site safety and housekeeping standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Proactive attitude with good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK

- CPCS / NPORS Ride-On Roller
- Safety Critical Medical
- 1–2+ years construction site experience
