Coinford is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team on major construction projects. This is a hands-on role for operatives who take pride in delivering high-quality concrete finishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete structures
  • Measure, cut, and assemble formwork materials (wood, metal, plastic)
  • Deliver high-quality concrete finishes including tamp, float, brush, trowel, and power float finishes
  • Make good and repair concrete where necessary
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately
  • Work proactively and manage time effectively
  • Work independently or as part of a team

Desirable

  • 5+ years' experience as a Concrete Finisher

Requirements

  • CSCS Card
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Able to work effectively with other trades and support programme delivery
  • Right to work in the UK
