Tarmac Supervisor in Sittingbourne

The Role

As a Tarmac Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of tarmac works on site. You will manage teams on the ground, coordinate resources, and maintain the highest standards of quality and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise tarmac gangs and oversee daily site operations
• Ensure works are delivered in line with RAMS and technical drawings
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials effectively
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Monitor quality, productivity, and programme performance
• Liaise with clients, foremen, and site managers
• Complete all required site paperwork and reporting

Essential Requirements

• Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid qualification
• Right to work in the UK
• Proven experience supervising tarmac works

Desirable

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
