We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day management responsibility for groundwork and RC frame projects across Kent / Sittingbourne. You will oversee the site team, drive programme delivery and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the site including foremen, engineers, plant and labour
- Ensuring all risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out
- Driving programme delivery – coordinating resources, plant and materials to meet targets
- Maintaining client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site
- Ensuring the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained at all times
- Managing sub-contractors and ensuring their performance meets programme requirements
- Producing and maintaining accurate site records and progress reports
- Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1-3 months
Requirements
- CITB 5-Day SMSTS
- First Aid at Work Certification
- Proven site management experience on groundwork and/or RC frame projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well with all stakeholders
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- CSCS Black Manager card
- Experience managing multiple concurrent sites
