Jet Washer / Groundworks Labourer

We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Jet Washer with a valid CSCS card and groundworks experience to support our busy civils and construction teams. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, proactive, and confident working across various site tasks, including high‑pressure cleaning and general groundwork support. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out jet washing and high‑pressure cleaning of plant, equipment, work areas, and access routes
• Complete general labouring duties, including safe lifting, carrying, and movement of materials
• Support groundworkers with basic tasks such as kerb and edging prep, paving preparation, small concrete works, and general externals
• Help maintain clean, safe access routes and ensure working areas remain tidy and presentable
• Assist with site logistics, including loading/unloading deliveries where required
• Follow instructions from Site Managers, Foremen, and trades to support smooth workflow and efficient site operations
• Work safely around plant, machinery, and ongoing construction activity
• Carry out basic daily checks on jet washers, tools, and equipment, reporting any issues promptly

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in labouring, jet washing, groundwork, or general construction
• Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (Dumper, Roller, Telehandler, etc.) are beneficial but not essential
• Experience working as part of a busy site team or gang
