Join Coinford, specialists in groundwork and concrete frames. We’re looking for reliable Dumper Drivers who are happy to support general groundworks activities as part of a busy site team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in safe plant operation and muck‑in site support.
Role Responsibilities
- Operate forward‑tipping dumpers safely and efficiently
- Assist with general groundworks as required, including:
- External works such as slabs, kerbs, and edgings
- Drainage works (internal and external)
- Digging footings and assisting with concrete works
Essential Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket
- Valid CSCS Blue or Green ticket
- Experience operating dumpers on construction sites
- Willingness to assist with general groundworks duties
- Good understanding of site safety and safe systems of work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
Desirable
- Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (e.g. Roller, Telehandler)
- Previous groundworks experience
- Experience working as part of a gang or established site team
General Expectations
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well with other trades and site operatives
- Commitment to delivering work on programme
- Right to work in the UK
