Essential Role Requirements
- Strong understanding and experience in general labouring tasks on construction sites
- Ability to assist tradespeople with a variety of tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and general maintenance
- Experienced in working safely around live services and adhering to health and safety protocols
- Proactive, with good time management skills
- Responsible for replenishing materials, maintaining clean and safe site conditions, and ensuring safe access route
- Able to perform daily pre-start safety checks on equipment and report maintenance requirements to site management
Desirable
- Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets for machinery operation such as Telehandlers, Dumpers, and Rollers
- 1-2+ years experience in construction labouring, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience working as part of a team or gang is highly valued

- Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time

- GQA Labourer with relevant experience
