Essential Role Requirements
- Safely operating dozers to perform tasks such as grading, levelling, pushing earth or debris, and excavating as required
- Proficient in forming stockpiles, excavating ponds, topsoil stripping, grading Public Open Spaces (POS
- Confident to grade and level the ground surface to the specified elevations and slopes required for roadways, building pads etc.
- Able to competently carry out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks, and communicate service requirements in good time to the site management team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strong communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively
- Any experience with or knowledge of GPS machine control would be advantageous
- Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets and experienced in operating any of the following; Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers
- 5+ Years experience
- Reliable & punctual
- Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
