Overview
We\’re urgently seeking a Roller Operative (7T) with strong experience in cut and fill operations. This is your chance to join a high-performing, professional team working on major projects.
What We’re Looking For
- CPCS/NPORS ticketed Roller Operative (7T)
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience in cut and fill operations
- Confident working in tight tolerances and varying ground conditions
- Able to carry out daily pre-start checks and basic plant maintenance
- Knowledge of ground levels and reading site drawings
- Comfortable working alongside dumpers and 360s in a live environment
- Proactive, punctual, and safety-conscious
Bonus Skills (Desirable)
- Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (e.g., Dumper, Telehandler)
- 2+ years\’ groundwork/plant experience
- Experience working in teams/gangs
- Confident with drainage, kerbs, edgings, and slab laying
