Role Requirements (Essential):
- Proven experience in paving and finishing works
- Skilled in external works including kerbs, edgings, slabs and block paving
- Able to read and work from drawings and site documentation
- Strong knowledge of materials used in road build-up, formation and paving works
- High attention to detail to ensure quality finishes
- Able to carry out daily plant checks and report any issues to site management
- CPCS/NPORS tickets (dumper or roller highly desirable)
- 3–5+ years’ experience in paving and finishing works
- Experience working as part of an established gang or team
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well with other trades and support programme delivery
- Right to work in the UK
