Key Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment admin tasks such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and updating records.
- Help keep track of worker availability and update schedules and systems.
- Collect and check worker documents to make sure they meet compliance requirements.
- Keep databases and systems up to date (e.g. ATS and workforce scheduling tools).
- Support the team with last-minute staffing changes and worker communication.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries on staffing and recruitment.
- Experience in admin or office support (recruitment or construction admin is a bonus).
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Clear communication and a helpful attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Able to stay calm and organised when things get busy.
