The Role: AI Enablement
In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our technical capabilities and business value. You are responsible for managing the delivery of the AI strategy across both Bullish and CoinDesk, ensuring that our investments in AI yield tangible results. Acting as a central resource for knowledge, you will empower teams across the organization to identify and adopt the right tools, patterns, and workflows to accelerate their impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive AI Strategy: Partner directly with the CTO and Engineering Leadership to define and execute an AI roadmap that aligns with organizational goals for both Bullish and CoinDesk.
- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Manage the execution of core initiatives and internal enablement and empowerment.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary connector between technical engineering teams, product management, and strategic partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on dependencies and timelines.
- Operationalize Innovation: Move beyond experimentation by establishing the governance, metrics, and best practices needed to scale AI adoption effectively across the enterprise.
- Measure Impact: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, dataâdriven reporting to executive leadership on the progress, adoption, and return on investment of AI initiatives.
- Empower the Organization: Serve as a subject matter expert and evangelist, guiding teams on how to leverage AI tools to automate workflows, reduce toil, and unlock new capabilities.
- Navigate the AI Landscape: Research and evaluate current AI tools and platforms to determine their applicability and effectiveness for our business.
What You'll Bring
- Industry Experience: 8â12+ years of experience delivering technology programs, managing the full project lifecycle.
- Subject Matter Expertise: A strong understanding of the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, generative AI tools, and their practical application in software engineering and business operations.
- Lead with Influence: Demonstrated ability to navigate a complex, fastâpaced environment and influence stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to individual contributors.
- Program Management: Experience managing crossâfunctional programs with a track record of delivering highâimpact projects on time.
