Our work culture is intense and isn’t for everyone. But if you want to build the future alongside others who excel in their disciplines and expect the same from you, there’s no better place to be.

  5. Build detailed project/operating plans, gantt charts, stakeholder maps and other artifacts in support of your program
  6. Proactively identify risks, issues & dependencies, resolving these with senior stakeholders if needed through clearly articulated proposals/trade-offs
  7. Set a framework to drive accountability across the program establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
  8. Proactively identify ways to streamline processes to enable ‘Efficient Execution’ at all times

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  1. 8+ years in program management at a tech company
  2. 4+ years experience in financial services or fintech
  3. Working knowledge of legal, compliance & regulatory requirements of the EU/UK regions
  4. Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
  5. Comfortable with ambiguity, can turn incomplete or even conflicting inputs into clear plans
  6. Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges
  7. Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes
