Cohesity is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Manageability to own our next-generation reporting and licensing platform. You’ll spearhead a cohesive, unified view into Cohesity data usage, compliance, and licensing entitlements—across our on-premises and SaaS offerings. This role is pivotal in delivering transparent, scalable, and actionable reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
How You Will Spend Your Time Here
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data pipeline, reporting & licensing features
- Design intuitive dashboards, usage analytics, tracking, and compliance workflows
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/design, finance, legal, and go-to-market teams
- Engage with enterprise customers to validate product direction and prioritize features
- Launch high-impact reporting tools delivering clear ROI for customers and partners
- Own key metrics: adoption, license compliance rates, usage optimization, revenue impact
- Build licensing frameworks that are flexible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
WE’D LOVE TO TALK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- 5+ years in product management of B2B enterprise platforms
- Strong technical aptitude—comfortable with data pipelines, analytics, usage metering
- Proven track record shipping reporting or analytics products (e.g., dashboards, usage analytics, entitlement systems)
- Experience in licensing, entitlement management, or SaaS/flexible billing systems is a plus
- Skilled in quantitative and qualitative user feedback and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent cross-functional communication – from engineering to finance and customers
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for simplifying complex data into actionable insights
Especially If You Have
- Experience with SaaS control plane, metering, usage-based licensing, or cloud billing frameworks
- Familiarity with data security, compliance standards, or enterprise governance
- Technical background in data analytics platforms, big data reporting stacks, or BI
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws – This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range
$175,680.00-$219,600.00
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
