As the Director, Sales Operations, International you’ll be responsible for ensuring our International Sales Teams achieve their ambitious goals. This involves setting and monitoring critical metrics across our prospect and customer journeys, optimizing and redesigning sales processes, providing support and guidance to Sales Leadership and helping drive a culture of Excellence and Accountability across the organization. In this role you’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product and Channel Teams to align sales strategies and activities with the overall business objectives and customer needs.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Work in close partnership with region sales leader to design and execute on strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and GTM leadership to drive the strategy and execution of capacity planning, productivity review, territory carving, quota design and headcount allocation.
  • Own, develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards and KPIs, sharing critical conversion, attainment, and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making and drive accountability.
  • Use data to unearth and optimize all aspects of our customer lifecycle from lead generation through retention and renewal.
  • Identify and promote best practice and process enhancement and improvements to drive effectiveness and sales efficiency both across the assigned region and across the international or global business.
  • Provide support setting the rules of engagement across the Sales team with clear responsibilities and opportunity ownership.
  • Work closely with Sales Compensations Team on Design and Implementation of compensation structures that align with our Sales Objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on behalf of the region sales leader to drive the needs of the sales team.
  • Develop, Manage and mentor a team of analysts.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Previous experience in a senior sales operations role in a high-growth software business, preferably operating in a SaaS business.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting daring targets.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Gong, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms).
  • Ability to interpret data and explain trends and recommendations, not just present it.
  • Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance.
  • Ability to provide consultative input to functional leaders regarding performance and efficiency analysis and suggest efficient solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Expertise in forecast management, pipeline management, deal structuring, SFDC, analytics, and reporting.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of sales operations and enterprise sales models, including multi-channel distribution.
