The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.
We now have a fantastic opportunity to join us in our Outdoor and Country store on a part time basis around 14 - 18 hours per week, you must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Assistant you will work as part of the team to drive operational excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales and achieve agreed store targets.
- Become a Barbour Brand ambassador; product knowledge is key to ensure you are able to effectively serve customers.
- Handle customer queries confidently and deal with them in a timely manner.
- Undertake all training and development required and actively seek out new opportunities to learn.
- Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team with store standards.
- Ensuring all products are displayed attractively within our visual merchandising guidelines.
- Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.

- Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets.
