We now have a fantastic opportunity to join us in our Barbour Rushden Lakes store on a part time basis around 8 Hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Assistant you will work as part of the team to drive operational excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales and achieve agreed Store targets.
- Become an Barbour Brand ambassador, product knowledge is key to ensure you are able to effectively serve customers.
- Handle customer queries confidently and deal with them in a timely manner.
- Undertake all training and development required and actively seek out new opportunities to learn.
- Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team with store standards. Ensuring all products are displayed attractively within our visual merchandising guidelines.
- Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.
What we are looking for:
You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion. Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets is important.
